1. Precision casting valve body, fine appearance, no trachoma, each batch of castings has a furnace number for easy tracking.

2.  Material of valve body is adopted QT450-10, with level-3 spheroidization rate. The mechanical properties are fully up to standard.

3. Valve body is coated with epoxy resin and the thickness of the spray is more than 250um. It can effectively prevent corrosion and rust caused by contact between the valve body and the medium while improving the adhesion, and improve the service life of the product by 1.5 times.

4. Using the full pass structure, the size of the inner cavity inlet is 1.2-1.3 times the diameter of the filter, the length of the filter screen is 1.5 times the conventional, the flow rate is increased, and the cleaning cycle is doubled.

5. Middle cavity is lengthened. Filter screen is installed at an angle of 45°, the total mesh area reaches 3-4 times of the nominal diameter area. The flow area is larger, and the pressure loss is reduced by 20%.

6. The net is fully welded after being rolled with 06Cr19Ni10 material. Opening ratio of the filter is 80%, wear resistance and corrosion resistance are improved, and filter is prevented from being opened and particulate matter is leaked.

7. Each valve is pressure tested according to national standards before leaving the factory.
